What does Text Cleaner do?

Text Cleaner removes common formatting noise from pasted text without requiring manual editing line by line. It can normalize whitespace, remove empty lines, replace tabs, and remove repeated lines when those changes fit the content.

How to clean text online

1. Paste your text into the main text area.
2. Select the cleanup options you need.
3. Select Clean Text and review the result.
4. Copy the cleaned version only after checking that the structure still matches your original.

Remove extra spaces without changing words

Copied text can contain multiple spaces between words or at the edges of lines. Collapsing repeated spaces and trimming line whitespace is useful for lists, notes and content moved between different applications.

Remove blank lines when appropriate

Blank lines can improve readability in paragraphs, but they can also appear accidentally after copying content. Enable the blank-line option when you need a compact list or continuous block of text. Leave it disabled when paragraph spacing is meaningful.

Clean tabs and duplicate lines

Tabs can render differently across editors, while repeated lines often appear after combining lists from several sources. Replacing tabs with spaces and removing duplicate lines can make the resulting text more consistent. Review duplicate removal carefully when repeated entries are intentional.
