How to use the Open Graph preview
Enter a page URL and try Load URL, or paste the page HTML into the source box and choose Preview HTML. The tool extracts common Open Graph and Twitter Card tags and shows a compact sharing preview plus the detected values.
Why direct URL loading can fail
Web browsers enforce cross-origin security rules. A site can allow or block another origin from reading its HTML. If the target page blocks cross-origin requests, the tool cannot bypass that restriction without a server-side proxy. Paste the page source instead for a browser-only workflow.
What the preview checks
The tool looks for og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url, og:type and common Twitter Card fields. When an Open Graph value is missing, a suitable Twitter or document value may be used for the visual preview where practical.
Why Open Graph tags matter
Open Graph metadata gives social platforms structured information about a page, including its title, description and preview image. Checking the actual tags helps catch missing values, incorrect URLs and images that are not the ones you intended to share.
Privacy and local processing
Pasted HTML is parsed in your browser. NeroTool does not intentionally upload the source to a NeroTool processing server. When you enter a URL, your browser requests that URL directly; the target website's own server and cross-origin policy control whether the response can be read.

Can I preview any website URL?
A browser can read a remote page only when that server permits cross-origin access. If direct URL loading is blocked by CORS, paste the page HTML source into the tool instead.
Does NeroTool upload my HTML?
Pasted HTML is parsed in your browser. The tool does not intentionally upload the HTML to a NeroTool processing server.
Does the tool check Twitter Card tags too?
Yes. It reads common Twitter Card tags such as twitter:title, twitter:description, twitter:image and twitter:card alongside Open Graph tags.
